VanillaFood has been a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike since opening its doors within Belmondos Organic Market in 2014, and on 6 December, as part of Noosa Eat and Drink, regulars celebrated the launch of a cookbook sharing some of the cafés favourite dishes created by chef and owner, Nilla Tomkins.
VanillaFood The Cookbook reflects the philosophy of the café, which expanded to a second location in Noosa Junction last year, and is based on simple, wholesome, organic food that nourishes both the body and the mind.
